A Chartered Accountant qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2006), Syed Akram Basha brings more than 23 years across accounts, statutory audit, internal audit, financial advisory, risk management and corporate compliance in the UAE and India. He has previously worked with top audit and consulting organizations.

His distinguished career spans serving multinational corporations, government entities and large private organizations. His expertise covers internal and statutory audits, SOP development and implementation, financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and financial risk management. He is well-versed in UAE VAT Law, UAE Corporate Tax Law, UAE Free Zone Laws, Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) and the UAE Commercial Companies Law.
